Job Description:
We’re seeking a passionate and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others to drive brand awareness, qualified leads, and sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage high-impact performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, display, and retargeting channels
Analyze and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs for traffic, leads, and ROI
Conduct A/B tests, audience segmentation, and creative optimization
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align messaging with business goals
Monitor daily performance metrics and prepare insightful reports
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
Proven track record of delivering results in lead generation and sales campaigns
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools
Analytical mindset with a passion for metrics and growth
Experience with CRM, landing page optimization, and marketing funnels is a plus
