6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges.

If a cancellation request is made after the billing cycle begins, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued.

Hosting and domain cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal charges.
Refund Policy:

No refunds are issued once an invoice is fully paid.

Refunds may be provided at Bugclue’s sole discretion in exceptional cases where services are not delivered as agreed.

For partially paid invoices, refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances and require management approval.

Payments made for third-party services (e.g., hosting, domains, plugins) are non-refundable.

Custom development or design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Service Termination Due to Non-Payment:

Bugclue reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to non-payment.

Hosting services will be suspended if renewal fees are not paid on time.

Restoration of suspended services may incur additional charges.
