Position: Senior Telecaller
Job Summary: We are currently seeking experienced Senior Telecallers to join our team for our B2B Outbound Process. As a Senior Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses, presenting our services/products, and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to businesses to introduce our services/products.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Graduation is required.
