Position: Social Media Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create original text and video content to increase engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Manage posts and respond to followers in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
• Express our company’s views creatively and effectively through social media.
• Handle our social media presence to ensure high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
• Bring in new content ideas based on global social media trends.
• Create beautiful videos and posters, delivering them on time.
• Manage the social media planner and schedule content accordingly.
• Have knowledge of Facebook scheduling tools to effectively plan and publish posts.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in video editing and poster creation tools such as Canva, Filmora, InShot, etc.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Ability to express ideas creatively and effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Facebook scheduling tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Experience in creating engaging social media content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and techniques.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
