4. Confidentiality
All client data, strategies, and proprietary information are kept strictly confidential by Bugclue and will not be shared with third parties without written consent.
5. Payment Terms

Payment terms depend on the selected service package.

Invoices are due within 5 days of receipt.

Late or failed payments may lead to service suspension, including hosting.
6. Cancellation / Termination Policy

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

If terminated by the client, all outstanding dues must be cleared.

Bugclue reserves the right to suspend services in case of hosting renewal non-payment.
7. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided once an invoice is fully paid.

Partial refunds may be granted at Bugclue’s discretion under rare or exceptional circumstances.

Refunds are not guaranteed.
8. Intellectual Property
Bugclue retains ownership of all materials (e.g., content, graphics, reports) created unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Performance Metrics
We provide regular performance reports. While we aim for optimal results, no specific outcomes (e.g., SEO rankings) are guaranteed.
10. SEO Disclaimer
SEO results vary due to factors like competition and algorithm changes. SEO is offered as a free, value-added service, without ranking guarantees.
11. Hosting & Security

Bugclue uses third-party hosting providers.

cPanel details are not shared.

We provide only text content transfers and do not back up installed themes or plugins.
12. Website Access

Access to the full WordPress admin is restricted due to licensing.

Migration may require redevelopment.

We will support essential text/image transfers during transitions.
13. Site Downtime and Crashes
Bugclue is not responsible for site issues due to third-party actions or client-induced changes, as hosting is not directly provided by us.
14. Email Handling
We do not offer direct access to email hosting. For email account setup, please contact support — we will send login and password setup emails.
15. Support & Maintenance

Free support is provided during the service term.

This includes server downtimes, text/image changes, and crash fixes caused by our actions.

Major changes are subject to additional charges.
16. Hosting & Domain Duration
Hosting and domain services are valid for one year as per invoice. Renewals or plan extensions are charged additionally.
17. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to uncontrollable events like natural disasters, terrorism, or acts of God.
18. Mutual Confidentiality
Both Bugclue and the client agree to maintain confidentiality throughout the engagement and not share information with third parties.
19. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified, and continued use of services confirms acceptance of changes.
20. Additional Plugins & Features
Third-party plugins/features requested by clients may incur charges. Updates or revisions post-delivery may require extra payment.
21. Client-Initiated Changes
If the client modifies the website and issues occur (e.g., crashes or layout problems), these will not be covered under free support. Restoration services will incur charges.
